Lawyer here. Came to Atlanta for law school. Been practicing for over a decade. Last six years at big firms. Do not recommend it. Too young to be this stressed, haha

I post from my phone making it hard sometimes to spot typos

Never attended BC but a lot of my relatives are BC grads. Been watching for almost thirty years. Son of a Boston firefighter. Read BC Maven at least twice a day. More of a reader than a poster but I enjoy the discussions on these threads

Welcome, Eagle Esq. We are glad you are here!

GA has some great law schools. I believe Emory is rated slightly ahead of BC Law and UGA is even higher. I think most folks do not realize that young lawyers are expected to work all day and research all night in order to make partner. Then after making partner, they have to sell, sell, sell. Good luck as you navigate through all that.

Emory Law is what brought me to Atlanta. We’re ranked a tad higher than UGA but they’re very reputable. Great experience and met some phenomenal people. Everything CDB posted is true. It’s always pulling at me

Esquire,

Perhaps there is a riding young company with great stock options potential who needs a consigliori or risk assessment exec in your future, so you can have your nights and most weekends to spend with your family. . .

Looks like Jordan Morant is headed to the Heights…
He is a Former 4 Star recruit from Bergen NJ that picked Michigan over essentially everyone while Don Brown was there.. even though Campanile was his recruiter…
That would potentially be an awesome addition

Last I heard this isn't true as of now.
Hopefully it will be...

Nice to see how many 4 and a 5 Star Recruits are coming out of Massachusetts next year...

Hopefully we can build those bridges and keep most of these kids at home in the future..

In fairness, ND is killing it in the region and I still wonder if not re-hiring Don Brown in some form was a mistake..

I don't know if he will end up here or not, but I hope he is more mature than his tweets present him to be.
