Phil's gotta learn to trust his OL and stay in the pocket.
His deep drops takes away any opportunity for any quick passes where receivers are open before the defense can get to them.

He's has to learn to trust his OL.

After this past year, he'll need some therapy to overcome traumatic stress disorder. My assessment is that he drops back to pass deep because the offensive line immediately steps back on pass protection and there is instantly a narrow smaller pocket. So disappointing to see.

My friend (who is a former NFL scout, claims that New Orleans is really frustrated on how long it is taking Book to show progress -- especially in light of the QBs they have been playing.
There’s probably some truth to this…we’ve been waiting for them to play Book for weeks. Simien is a career backup and Taysom is better in his Swiss Army knife role.
it will be interesting to see how Brian Kelly handles these promising but young QBs at LSU.

Sad decision. GM Chris Grier created a lot of this staff turnover and dysfunction.
Love to see Flores be the first Coach hired when all the openings are done.

Giants Head Coach just had his GM retire, so even given a bad team, Judge is not out of the woods yet and could be fired by new GM.

Brian would be a great fit anywhere.

Nailed it!

Former Miami Dolphins coach Brian Flores already has another head coaching interview lined up.

Flores is set to interview for the Chicago Bears head coaching job, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Tuesday, per a source informed of the team's plans.

The Bears fired coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace on Monday, while Flores was a surprise fire following the Dolphins' Week 18 win over New England.

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday that palpable frustration and tension between Flores and general manager Chris Grier essentially boiled over this season. Owner Stephen Ross elected to side with his GM, ousting Flores after three seasons.
